Noah Brown
Violin and Viola

Noah Brown is a violist and violinist originally from Midland, Michigan. Most recently, he taught upper strings at the Paducah Symphony Orchestra Academy in Paducah, Kentucky. His students at the academy ranged from early elementary through seniors in high school. In his teaching, Noah strives to adjust the materials and methods to the goals and needs of his students. He draws on his background to teach students of all levels and styles, whether that be classical, sacred, or even fiddle music. Noah hopes to help his students take their next steps in their musical journeys. 

 

Noah received his Master of Music from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale and his bachelor’s degree from Pensacola Christian College. He has performed with many professional ensembles including the Paducah, Northwest Florida, and Panama City Symphony Orchestras. Noah is currently residing in Champaign, Illinois with his wife as he continues his education (D.M.A.) at the University of Illinois.
