Kavi Naidu

Kavi Naidu is a saxophonist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and dedicated
music educator. With years of private teaching experience and two years as an
instructor with the Sistema Ravinia program on Chicago’s West Side, he brings a
deep passion for student-centered and interdisciplinary learning. Specializing in
saxophone, beginner flute and clarinet, and woodwind doubling, Kavi draws from
a rich background in jazz, funk, and other contemporary styles to offer students a
truly holistic musical education. He believes that music education builds essential
cognitive skills and fosters connections to broader disciplines like science and
history—equipping students with tools that benefit them far beyond the
bandstand.
