Help The Conservatory while you shop! We are taking part in the IGA/HVC Charitable Rebate program, where a percentage of purchases made at participating IGA stores will benefit The Conservatory. You must have an HVC card in order to enroll in the program, but the cards are FREE! Use your HVC card at any participating IGA store, and help your community music school continue its tradition of quality music education.
This enrollment is for the program year of July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. If you have participated in this program in the past you must re-enroll in order for your purchases to benefit The Conservatory.
Please complete the form below and drop it off either at The Conservatory's office or at the service desk in any of the participating IGA stores listed below. Each household can only register for one organization. Remember to use your HVC card each time you make a purchase. If you don't have this form when you shop, or happen to forget The Conservatory's organization number, just ask at your local IGA. They'll have all the information you need. Thanks for your help!
